One bedroom with King (or 2 twins). 1 bath (w/shower only).

Amenities include new bamboo floors downstairs, ceiling fan, PTAC AC/heat unit, microwave, wine refrigerator, washer/dryer, phone, answering machine, cable TV with HBO, Cinemax and Showtime, DVD/VCR, DVD and VHS library, book library, CD player and iPod Speaker System. Additional amenties include iron and ironing board, hair dryer, clock radio, board games and puzzles and toys/games.

The exterior offers a screened porch with picnic table, deck, hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grill, enclosed yard and dog run.

All Linens Provided. Pets welcome - no pet fee (maximum 2 pets). No Smoking. Maximum 2 people, including children. Limit of 2 vehicles.
